How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Nito → Cancel on your iPhone/iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Nito charge, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
When does Nito actually launch?
We're targeting Q3 2026 on iOS. Follow us on Instagram or Telegram to get a ping the moment it's live — or pop your email below in the form and we'll tell you directly.
Can Nito replace my doctor or dietitian?
No. Nito generates meal-plan suggestions based on the info you provide, but it is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet — especially if you have a medical condition. See our Medical Disclaimer.
How is my health data used?
Only to generate your meal plans. We don't sell data, we don't share it with insurers, and we don't use it for ads. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
I found a bug.
